Former Ferrari boss Maurizio Arrivabene rumoured to be the next CEO of Juventus

Maurizio Arrivabene could be announced as Juventus’ new CEO as the fallen Italian giants try to gain a foothold in the league and Europe.

After a gloomy Serie A season in which they slipped to 4th place, Juventus have already started preparing for the new season. As part of this, club legend Andrea Pirlo was removed as manager to be replaced by her former manager Max Allegri.

If so, Arrivabene will effectively replace Giuseppe Marotta, who was the last CEO until 2018. The coveted manager is currently the CEO of the Italian champions Inter Milan. Sassuolo’s Giovanni Carnevali is also cited as an option for Marotta’s successor.

Arrivabene has also worked with Philip Morris International, a key partner in the Ferrari Formula 1 team, and is a member of the Juventus board of directors.
