It is, rather obviously, a big change. Ferrari’s design language, especially that of its mid-engined cars, has not changed drastically since the 458 Italia. That car is now more than a decade old, and some of Maranello’s more recent mid-engined efforts certainly show it.
Speaking of Maranello, the full-scale design study will be displayed in the Ferrari Museum there from December 15 to March 2023. Ferrari has packed in hints of some iconic models as well, including the 499P, the 330 P3, and the 512 S, as well as the number 75 on the car’s flanks.
That’s significant because this year marks the 75th anniversary of Ferrari’s first race car, the 125 S from 1947.
