The large-scale masters of the Amalgam Collection have just teamed up with Ferrari to make the supercar buying experience even better. Thanks to a new cooperation program, Ferrari customers now have the opportunity to order a bespoke Amalgam Collection model of their new Italian supercar from Ferrari dealers.
Amalgam Collection has announced that all customers of Ferrari Roma, 812 Superfast, 812 GTS, Portofino M, SF90 Stradale or SF90 Spider can now choose one of their high-quality models during the ordering process at Ferrari dealerships. The models themselves are offered in both 1: 8 and 1:12 scale, with the latter being a new approach to amalgam. Each model is made up of more than 1000 parts, with each component being hand cast in prototype resin. The model range is also to be expanded along with Ferrari’s vehicle portfolio. So expect a 296 GTB to find its way into the catalog. All models in the Amalgam Collection are guaranteed to meet the specific specifications of the customer’s vehicles, with the color mixing codes even being supplied by Ferrari itself.
Amalgam collection
If you don’t plan to buy a Ferrari in the near future, Amalgam Collection plans to continue selling models to ordinary people. The company offers miniature replicas of every modern Ferrari since the F430, as well as a ton of classic Ferrari metal. You will only get a 1: 8 scale version of these bespoke models, however, as the smaller 1:12 models are exclusively available to Ferrari customers. If motorsport is more your pace, Amalgam Collection also has some standout Ferrari F1 models to choose from. This includes every Formula 1 car that Ferrari has driven since 1998 and is available in either 1: 8 or 1:18 scale.
It might not be as good as owning a full-size machine, but having a model from the Amalgam Collection isn’t a bad way to keep a Ferrari in your home.
