Formula 1 fans have since remained divided on the 2021 title winner. While most people believe that Max won it fair and square, many do back Hamilton and believe the result was unjustified. Notably, in a post-race investigation by the FIA, ‘human error’ was indeed identified during the Abu Dhabi proceedings.

Whether this picture was a mistake or done on purpose remains unknown. However, fans and the many supporters of the Billion Dollar Man left no stone unturned to point it out. Strikingly, Puma remains a major sponsor for Red Bull Racing, Mercedes F1, and even Ferrari. Understandably, Twitter fans capitalized on these facts and others and comically tweaked the situation.

Sadly, on the other hand, Hamilton’s bad luck has continued from the past season. The Briton has just one podium till now and has won zero races this season. He has specifically struggled with the W13 car, especially with the ‘porpoising’ and pace. Many fans sympathize with the 37-year-old, especially after even more deteriorated chances of an 8th title this season.

Moreover, the Mercedes team has been rather inconsistent with their performances. There have been instances where they’ve managed a potential pace unlock, but they’re back to square one just as quickly. While Spain saw them really prove their mettle, Monaco was again a sad journey for the team.
