The Ferrari driver compares the first lap to a “bowling game”
Leclerc’s Ferrari got off to a great start as it made up some positions. In the end, however, he was just a co-driver on the grid when a sliding Aston Martin with Stroll behind the wheel hit the side of the Ferrari; the crash immediately put the people of Monaco out of the running.
”Nice bowling game. So frustrating, ”said Leclerc.
Lance drove into me in the middle of the corner: Charles Leclerc
Charles criticized Aston Martin for the way he drove in his post-race interview. He also mentioned that he was a sitting duck and there was nothing he could do to avoid the incident.
“I don’t know what to say. I mean, on most incidents, I can understand whenever there are different views on incidents, but I think it’s very clear today, ”said Charles.

“I was in my corner and Lance drove into me in the middle of the corner and came out of nowhere. So it’s very frustrating because I know it was an opportunity today.
“At the beginning I drove very easily, tried to stay in my position and later drive our own race. And it just sucks to end like that, ”Leclerc said as he remembered the whole incident.

A race result like this is sure to be disappointing, especially after his outing at Silverstone, where he led the race for over 50 laps, only to lose the lead to Hamilton with a few laps to go.
