The weekend in Monaco is one of the most famous races on the F1 calendar. Some of the greatest drivers in F1 history have won in Monaco, from Ayrton Senna to Michael Schumacher.
Vettel is a two-time winner himself and is looking forward to the challenge of the Monaco Grand Prix. The German also outlined what the team will focus on this weekend.

He said, “We know that our racing pace was often faster than our pace in one lap. That is why we will be focusing particularly on this important qualifying achievement this weekend.
“I’m looking forward to the Monaco challenge – there is no other track like it.”

Vettel believes the team has improved in Spain
Although Vettel finished 13th in the Spanish Grand Prix, he feels that the team has improved in Barcelona. The four-time world champion believes such improvements will help them for the remainder of the season.

The German said: “We have a long season ahead of us and the new parts we raced in Barcelona felt like an improvement and are helping us move forward. The goal is to build on that in Monte-Carlo. “
While Vettel won on the famous street circuit, he is far from that situation at the moment. He will hope that his experience will help him take a strong position to score his first points of the season in Monaco.
