As Motorsport-Total reports, Vettel praised the Swedish activist for her achievements in recent years and admitted that he is actually a fan of Thunberg. He also acknowledged that the whole world must follow suit in order to achieve a better future.

“I would even welcome it, and we probably share a lot of views when it comes to Formula One. I think it’s great, ”he told the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
“It is encouraging that she is fighting for our future with such determination. A real example that the whole world should follow and especially older men should pay more attention to. But there are many role models, many inspiring people. I always find it difficult to name a name, ”adds Vettel.
