Formula F1 driver Ralf Schumacher has called the Aston Martin racing team and its owner Lawrence Stroll. Former Williams driver and brother of Michael Schumacher believes the British team is too ambitious in its first season back into the sport.

Schumacher thinks Stroll’s takeover of the Silverstone-based team was wise, but his ambition to finish back P3 in the first season is somewhat optimistic.

You shouldn’t forget that you also have to take the employees with you: Schumacher
As reported by GrandPX.News, Ralf has claimed that Stroll needs to realize that F1 is a team sport and that he needs to work with his employees. He also said internal tensions could arise within the Aston Martin F1 team.
“You mustn’t forget that you also have to take the employees with you,” said Schumacher.

Aston Martin appoints Dan Farrows as new technical director
Aston Martin F1 Team Principal Otmar Szafnauer has announced that the team has promoted Andrew Green to Chief Technical Director. He also announced that the UK team have hired Red Bull’s Dan Farrows as their new technical director.
“I am grateful that you announced Dan. He is a great addition to our team. He’s a like-minded person, he’s a top performer, he’s won world championships, he knows Seb [Vettel]“, Said Szafnauer.

Internal issues or not, Aston Martin certainly looks like they are doing a good job of solving their problems on the track. Both drivers, Seb and Lance Stroll, seem to be improving and are consistently in the top ten.
