Fallows gets Aston Martin F1 launch date after closing deal with Red Bull

Fallows will remain a Red Bull employee until April 2, when he will be released from his contract early to join Aston Martin.

Aston Martin’s signing from Fallows was announced last June but Red Bull made it clear at the time that he would not be leaving Milton Keynes before the end of his 2023 contract.

Earlier this month it was reported that Red Bull had taken Fallows to court to prevent him from joining Aston Martin.

However, an agreement has now been reached allowing Fallows to team up with Aston Martin for the upcoming 2022 season.

Fallows joined Red Bull in 2006 and was promoted to head of aerodynamics in 2014 after making a U-turn to remain with the team rather than join rival McLaren.
