He also fought for victory in Hungary before being disqualified after the race. Still, he didn’t make it into Anthony Davidson’s top five riders list.

I don’t think Sebastian Vettel was the same driver as him: F1 expert
As reported by Motorsport.nl, the Sky Sports expert announced his top 5, including Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen and Lando Norris. He explained that in his opinion the German driver never reached his 2013 peak in Formula 1 again.
“When you talk about the top five drivers, Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton are of course among them, and Charles Leclerc is also one of the best. If you then mention Carlos Sainz, you already have four. And then we have Lando Norris. I’ll be at five then,” said Anthony.

I get the impression he’s never really felt at home in the bigger and heavier car that entered Formula 1 in 2014. I don’t think he was the same driver as before. He had the pace in his early days at Ferrari but I saw a difference in driving compared to those fantastic years at Red Bull,” said Davidson.
It’s a fair point to be made by Davidson as Vettel has made more mistakes on track since leaving Red Bull. It’s safe to say that the German rider is nearing the twilight of his career, but he could still have another good season ahead of him. Let’s hope he can show some of his old pace in the 2022 season.
