Aston Martin will continue its collaboration with Best Water Technology (BWT) for the 2021 season. This continues a relationship in which the Austrian company was the title sponsor. This will be remembered by fans of the team as the team that has a very showy pink existence.

BWT was the title sponsor of Racing Point for four years. BWT also has a pre-existing relationship with the British team’s driver, Lance Stroll.
There have been reports that Racing Point has been renamed Aston Martin and signed with Cognizant as the title sponsor for the 2021 season. BWT would reach out to other F1 teams to sponsor for 2021.

Haas and Williams reportedly topped the list. But the Silverstone-based team beat them to the limit.
Aston Martin won’t be a “Pink Panther” anymore?
With this deal across the line, will pink be a standout color for the car? According to Aston Martin, the answer is negative. The team has referred to this sponsorship as a “partnership”.

As reported by Planet F1, the British team is quoted as saying that “the appearance of the new team will be very different and will have a completely new base color”. The basic color indicated here is generally expected to be British racing green.
However, the team is open to a subtle nod to BWT’s pink, saying, “Today’s news ensures that subtle BWT branding accents as well as BWT brand logos remain a feature of Aston Martin Cognizant’s brand new Formula 1 team paintwork.”
The Silverstone team is giving the green color a comeback on the grid
The UK team is expected to launch its 2021 challenger, the AMR21, on March 3rd.

This will also mark the comeback of green on the track since Caterham’s green monstrosity in 2014. The Caterham also had British racing green livery.

So the AMR21 paintwork will most likely be this shade. 2021 marks Aston Martin’s long-awaited return to F1 after 60 years.
The buzz was very noticeable, all eyes will be on the start of your car on March 3rd.
