Will this affect the Alfa Romeo F1 team?
Admittedly, this shouldn’t affect the image of the Alfa Romeo F1 Team. This is because the Alfa e-Romeo name is not emblazoned on the Formula 1 cars. To get back to the brand itself, early reports suggested the Italian automaker’s interest in Formula E.

This is largely due to the regulations for 2022-23 that the Gen3 cars will introduce. If the rules package is lucrative enough, Alfa Romeo could be tempted to join Formula E. At the other end of the scale, another scenario could be that Alfa Romeo will stay in Formula 1 while Maserati decides to join Formula E.
