In the chaos of the race, many may have forgotten Antonio Giovinazzi. The Italian started the Mexican GP in 14th place and made an impressive jump to 6th place on the first lap of the race. It didn’t end when Gio also took to Instagram to vent his frustrations. “Sometimes it’s easy to see the positive side, sometimes it’s hard. Today it is impossible. “
The pit stop strategy was completely wrong, which destroyed Giovinazzi’s initial hopes for the points. It would have been an incredible achievement for the team; especially when their contemporaries like Alpine and Aston Martin brought home points.
What went wrong at Alfa Romeo?
