Michael tried to buy the Switzerland-based team over the course of the 2021 season, but nothing came of it. Now a company in which he is a joint investor will go public on the New York Stock Exchange and start its initial public offering there.

Michael Andretti couldn’t buy Alfa Romeo, but he still has reason to smile
