These were the words that Lewis Hamilton used and emphasized how the Silver Arrows were determined to solve their issues. The 7-time champion put forth his appreciation for the Mercedes team personnel after a troublesome season.

Lewis Hamilton recently gave an electrifying speech to all the engineers and personnel present at the Mercedes factory. The Briton had one of his worst seasons in F1, staying winless. Nonetheless, he was really upbeat about the positives of the season. Mercedes posted a video of Hamilton’s speech on Twitter.

He said, “I have never been so proud of every single one of you for continuing to push, for not giving up. I think with everything we were faced with this year, it would be easy for any single one of us to have just given up. And I didn’t see that in any one of you. Every single one of you is so important in what you do to enable us [Mercedes] to get to the front.”

Hamilton was part of a struggle this year with Mercedes as they aimed to solve the fundamental issues of their W13 car. And eventually, it paid off as they got a 1-2 finish in Brazil.
Lewis added, “We know we’re on the right track. I know this is a really hard time. These next couple of months for everyone, but this is when you are at your best! Let’s keep pushing. Honestly, I think we are so better prepared now with this difficult year to go into a better 2023!”

Meanwhile, he had ensured that all the personnel of the team stayed motivated toward the team’s goals. Lewis knows it ain’t going to be easy. They need to stay on track and keep pushing to make inroads into their rivals’ advantages on track.
